Kaivalyam Homestay is a hill-village homestay located at Padichira, Pulpally, Wayanad, Kerala 673579, India, offering guest accommodation (the Luxury Cottage and the Classic Room), in-house dining and related hospitality services.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
• A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it in writing (by email or WhatsApp) and any required advance payment is received.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete information when booking.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
• A minimum stay of two nights is recommended to fully enjoy the property.

• All tariffs are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Rates may vary by season, occupancy and length of stay, and may change without prior notice; the rate confirmed at the time of booking applies to that booking.
• Payments are processed through secure, authorised third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment credentials.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received or a transaction is declined.

• Standard check-in is from 2:30 pm (14:30 hrs) and check-out is by 11:30 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• The number of occupants must not exceed the capacity confirmed for the room or cottage.

• Guests are expected to respect the property, its natural surroundings, our staff, neighbours and other guests.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Visitors who are not registered guests may be entertained only in the lobby or public areas, not in the rooms.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay and agree to reimburse such costs.
• We may refuse service or require a guest to leave, without refund, for behaviour that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to others, or where a guest is under the influence of drugs or excess alcohol.

Cancellations, modifications and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on our Website.

Families and children are warmly welcome. Pets are currently not allowed at the property.

• The Homestay is set in a natural, rural hill environment. Guests use the grounds, walking and trek areas, campfire, barbecue, play areas and other facilities at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and that of their children.
• We are not liable for loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings, money or valuables.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.
• We are not responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, adverse weather, landslides, road closures, power or network failure, strikes, pandemics or acts of government (force majeure).

All content on the Website, including text, photographs, videos, logos and design, is the property of Kaivalyam Homestay or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Our Website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Wayanad, Kerala.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our Website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
